The community of Bedford, NH has wholeheartedly embraced my artistic endeavors and I could not be more thankful! I love giving back to the community that has given me so much and frequently donate small paintings as auction items to various causes.
In January of 2019, I was one of 38 local artists selected by Southern New Hampshire Health to participate in their first Walls of Hope initiative. We were invited to create inspirational art to help people struggling with anxiety, mood disorders or substance use disorder. I donated three (30x40) paintings, two of which were selected for $1,000 sponsorships! Learn more about it here.
One of my favorite projects was volunteering for the painted Bulldogs community art project - celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Bedford High School. You have probably seen a few of these giant Bulldogs (the BHS mascot) around town. I had the privilege of painting TWO of the dogs: "Harley" who stands guard in front of the Copper Door, and "Rosie" who is perfectly perched at The Wholistic Pet & Equine Center.
